This is my go-to when I am traveling in the area! Rooms are always clean and fresh, and check-in is always smooth. The front desk staff is always friendly, polite and professional... no matter what the situation. Staff is always ready and willing to serve. Not because they have to, but because they can. Consummate professionalism and service! Always a 10/10 experiance, ☆☆☆☆☆

I've been here nearly 10 times and the staff are always great. The building and rooms are in good shape and the gym is acceptable with weights up to 50 lbs and two benches (missing a pull-up station and one station under maintenance was the sin). The Apple TV wasn't working in the room so there was no way to airplay on it, despite the advertising that you could. Breakfast was great and greasy.

For all the standard areas I’ve been in the Bay Area. This is by far the best hotel I have stayed at due to the fact that the front desk hosts (Memo, Lupe and Monika) are the nicest coolest, most friendly people you can possibly interact with when entering a hotel feels like friends You have had in the past life, and they treat you with the utmost respect, generosity, and hospitality, leaving a genuine, great experience and a smile on your face heading to the room totally recommend to anyone working in Silicon Valley or visiting the area and again it’s a large part due to Memo, Lupe and Monika these three are the best

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Experience at Aloft Cupertino I had such a wonderful stay at Aloft at Cupertino, and I want to especially recognize Lupe for her exceptional hospitality. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful—truly embodying what great customer service should feel like. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was both comfortable and seamlessly accommodated. The entire staff at Aloft shows the same level of dedication. You can feel the difference in how classy, professional, and attentive everyone is here. The hotel itself is immaculate. From the spotless elevators to the clean, well-maintained parking lot, every detail is clearly cared for. The moment you walk in, there’s a fresh, cool ambiance that immediately puts you at ease. They also offer an awesome gym and a refreshing pool, perfect for keeping active or unwinding. Plus, there’s a great selection of snacks available throughout the day and a yummy breakfast that really hits the spot. If you're looking for a place that blends modern comfort, impeccable cleanliness, and standout service, Aloft Cupertino is the place to be. Highly recommended!

We chose this hotel randomly because we were driving to the Bay Area. We had a lovely stay in a spotless room with large spacious areas for bathroom and entry. Bed area was roomy enough and had two large windows to view the lovely trees and hills outside. The laundry service on our floor was very useful and quick to wash and dry our clothes before flying home. The entire area near the hotel is loaded with restaurants and stores. It would have been perfect if we had more time. Two nights here was not enough. We did day trips to the redwoods and monarch sanctuary from here. Came back and had some fresh food from the Whole Foods very close by. Target is across the street behind the hotel. Parking was free and secure in a garage. Zero issues. Highly recommend them. We paid $257 fo BOTH nights. Friday and Saturday. Can’t beat that during the holiday rush.

I had an outstanding stay at the Aloft in Cupertino! The cleanliness of the entire property is top-tier—everything is immaculate, from the rooms to the common areas. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the front desk team. Every single staff member I interacted with was absolutely phenomenal—warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. You really feel that they care about your experience, and they go above and beyond. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

My stay at Aloft Cupertino turned into something truly memorable—and it’s all thanks to Miguel at the front desk. After accidentally mixing up my reservation dates, I arrived feeling completely off and honestly a little defeated. Miguel didn’t just “do his job”—he went above and beyond in every sense. He took the time to problem-solve, explore options, and genuinely try to make it possible for me to stay at the property. His patience, professionalism, and warmth completely shifted my experience. What stood out most was his attention to how I was feeling. Noticing I was down, he kindly offered me a glass of wine—such a small gesture, but it made a huge impact. That level of thoughtfulness is rare and speaks volumes about the kind of service this hotel provides. The entire atmosphere of the property is stunning—elevated, stylish, and welcoming. You can tell the leadership and management truly care, because it reflects in every detail and every interaction. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate. This property delivers a top-tier experience that feels closer to a five-star hotel. And if you’re lucky enough to be assisted by Miguel, you’re in exceptional hands. My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Aloft by Marriott in Cupertino. The hotel itself is modern and contemporary, with a really comfortable bed and the extra pillows we requested were waiting for us when we arrived. The hotel had a nice bar and even a pool table, which added to the fun, laid-back atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We chose this hotel because we were taking my son to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk for his birthday, and staying here was a great choice since it was only about 30 minutes away. This allowed us to avoid the high hotel rates right by the beach, and it was absolutely worth it. We did have a small issue with the toilet, but my husband managed to fix it temporarily and the staff were informed so they could take care of it afterward. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for a comfortable and modern place to stay near Cupertino.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. Check-in was quick and smooth, and everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The bed was amazing — I slept better here than at home! Everything was well-maintained, and you can tell the hotel truly cares about cleanliness and quality. The location was perfect, close to everything yet still quiet and relaxing. The amenities were excellent, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel comfortable. Overall, this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had. I will definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends and family. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

Noisy. Poor isolation. A room next to the trash pickup even though the guy assigned me a ‘quiet’ room. Room big enough but getting dated. Forget breakfast. Gym ok but basic. Go elsewhere.
